For in-cafe visits, simply provide your registered phone number when ordering. For online orders, log into your loyalty account prior to ordering to ensure you receive credit for your purchase. Note, you will not receive points for taxes, delivery fees and gift card purchases.


You can view your account balance, progress towards Membership Tiers, as well as available rewards in the “My Rewards” section of the Mobile App or online. We also send email notifications when you reach a new membership tier or earn a reward.

How Do I Redeem Earned Rewards?

To redeem your earned rewards, simply show the rewards code shown in your email notification or displayed in the Mobile App. Or, enter the code in the “Coupon Code” field when placing your online order.

Can I lose my “Membership Tier” status?

Once you achieve a new membership tier you will remain in that tier for the remainder of the current calendar year, plus the entire next year. At the end of the year, your points will refresh as you track your status back to your prior membership tier or a higher tier for the following year. Please note, once you achieve “Silver Membership” tier, you will not move below that tier.

For example, if you achieve the “Gold Membership” tier in August 2020, you would enjoy “Gold Membership” tier rewards for the rest of 2020 and all of 2021. Beginning in January of 2022, your points will refresh to the “Silver Membership” tier. Explore Membership Benefits

How long does it take for my points to appear in my account?

If you make a purchase in-cafe, via Mobile App or online you will receive your points at the time of your visit/purchase.

How Do I Know Which Cafes Participate in The Program and Which Ones Will Accept Rewards?

We accept Corner Bakery Rewards in participating Corner Bakery cafes in the United States. Ask any team member if it's a participating cafe or Contact Us. To locate your nearest Corner Bakery cafe, click here

How Do I Cancel My Membership in Corner Bakery Rewards?

While we hope you won't want to leave us, if you decide for whatever reason to no longer participate in the Corner Bakery Rewards program, please Contact Us and we'll remove you from our membership and mailing list.

How Do I Stop Receiving Corner Bakery Reward Emails?

If you no longer want to receive email communication, simply log into your account and edit your preferences in the “Communication Preferences” section. You can also Contact Us and we'll remove you from our mailing list.

How Do I Request My Personal Data Be Deleted?

To request a copy of what personal data we have on file and/or your personal data be deleted, please Contact Us.

How Do I Receive Points for a Missed Purchase?

If you forget to check in during an in-cafe visit or forget to log in to your loyalty account during an online order, please Contact Us and include the proof of purchase to receive points for a missed visit.

Why Do I Have to Give You My Phone Number?

Why Can't I Edit My Birthday?

Unfortunately, birth dates cannot be edited online after you've registered. However, you can Contact Us to have your birthday edited.

I’m a Member of the eClub. Do I Need to Register Separately for Corner Bakery Rewards?

Yes, Corner Bakery Rewards is a different program than eClub and requires a separate registration.

What If I Want to Register but Don't Have an Email Address?

The Corner Bakery Rewards program requires that guests register to begin their membership, which includes providing a unique, valid email address. This helps ensure that your visits are being recorded in the right place and maximizes your opportunities to earn rewards.

Why Can't I Register with The Same Email Address I Share with Someone Who Already Registered?

Why Am I Not Receiving Emails from You?

Catering Rewards FAQ

How does the Catering Rewards program work?

Log in each time you order delicious Corner Bakery catering online (at participating cafes). When you spend $500 (net sales, pre-tax, excludes delivery fees), you'll get rewarded! Select your reward: $25 OFF your next purchase or $10 Amazon.com gift code. Please note, orders placed via EZ Catering are not eligible for rewards.

I just registered for Catering Rewards! Can I get credit for past Catering orders?

No, catering orders from before your membership began cannot be applied to your Catering Rewards account and will not count toward earning rewards.

Do my Catering Rewards expire?

Amazon.com gift codes never expire. $25 Off rewards expire 1 year from issue date.

Where can I use my Catering Rewards?

You can use Amazon.com gift codes at www.amazon.com. You can use your $25 Off rewards towards food and beverage purchases made in-cafe or online at participating cafes. They are valid on catering orders.

How will I know when I’ve earned a Reward?

You will receive an email notification to the “Rewards Email” provided at registration alerting you to your earned reward. To change your preferred reward, as well as other registration information, please visit the Update Your Information link found at the bottom of your Catering Rewards emails.

How Do I Know When I Have A Reward?
